Dark Star - American Pale Ale 4.7% The yeast strain used, along with the Cascade and Centennial hops, is specially imported from the USA. The low coloured Maris Otter malt provides a light colour and dryness. A crisp taste and full hop aroma.
Rudgate - Target 4.3% A golden coloued beer with a sweet maltiness that soon gives way to a great bitter, hoppy and dry beer. Wold Top - Golden Summer 4.4% Golden Summer is a fruity, amber beer that is light on the palate with a dry finish. Hopped with Goldings, Styrian Goldings and Cascade which compliment the Wold grown Maris Otter Barley and Wheat Malt Base. Daleside - Monkey Wrench 5.3% Monkey Wrench is a strong, smooth, malty ale with a touch of sweetness. A great beer at any time
Ossett - Big Red 4.0% A full bodied ruby red ale with subtle chocolate malt character. Inital maltiness leads to citrus, spice and bitterness at the end. A rare Slovenian variety of hop provides both bitter finish and the aroma.
